WOOD-TECHNOLOGY CENTRE SLAVONIAN OAK

Wood-Technology Centre Slavonian Oak is an innovation infrastructure project that was unanimously adopted by the Vukovar-Srijem County Partnership Council as a strategic project of the Vukovar-Srijem County.

Wood-Technology Centre is equipped with cutting-edge equipment for the needs of our wood sector (3D design, equipment for preparing, processing and testing of the quality of wood etc.) which will be available to our small and medium size enterprises in wood sector, small sawmills, carpenters and crafts, the unemployed, start-ups in the wood sector, students, professors, scientists, researchers and innovators, as well as all other stakeholders in the forestry and wood industry value chain.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and balance regional development through development of regional infrastructure, horizontal and/or vertical integration of the wood sector value chain in Vukovar-Srijem County.
