Competence Centre from Croatia as South-East Europe Hub Manager, together with Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia from Greece and Slovenian Forestry Institute organised ROSEWOOD4.0 1st South-East Europe Hub Study Visit.
Company M SORA which uses waste wood for production of wooden windows as well as RecAPPture – mobile application for collection of used wood were presented on hybrid study visit in Žiri, Slovenia and online.
Mobile application was developed with the aim of connecting users who want to dispose of waste wood, and application was created through collaboration of Faculty of mathematics, natural sciences and information technologies of University of Primorska and InnoRenew CoE.
24 stakeholders in forestry and wood industry value chain had the opportunity to participate in activities of interregional knowledge transfer and encouragement of sustainable use of wood potential.
